Video Production Request Form - Northwood University Forms

Please fill out the form below. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed for approval. Approval is based on the purpose of the request, as well as time and resource availability. Due to the high demand for these services, it is very important that requests are submitted at least two months prior to the desired date of completion. Marketing & Communications reserves the right to terminate any project that falls behind due to a lack of attention on the part of the client. All videos must be approved by the Marketing & Communications Department prior to release.

There is no charge for these services except for travel to and from the location, meals, and hotel accommodations that may be incurred during the completion of each project. These expenses will be charged back to your respective departments.

You will be contacted by a representative regarding your production request within 24 hours of receipt.
