Time Availability

After your request has been approved, you will be sent information to let you know how much time has been allotted for your make-up exam. You will receive an email invitation to book your appointment via Microsoft Bookings. Please follow the instructions in that email carefully to ensure you have the correct time slot and location booked.

The Testing Services Center is open during the following times:

Monday: 10am – 3pm
Tuesday: 10am – 3pm
Wednesday: 10am – 3pm
Thursday: 10am – 3pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

If none of the above time availabilities work for you, please email Testing Services directly at . In your email include your name, contact information, what course you are scheduling for, and what days/times work best for you. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to help accommodate your request.

Instructions for Make-Up Exams

Makeup tests are given Friday mornings from 9 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.

If this time slot does not work for your schedule, please call (989) 837-4452, and ask to speak with Alyssa Dennings. If no one is available to answer, please leave a voicemail so we can work to schedule your exam during a time slot that will work.

Integrity Statement for Students Testing Outside the Classroom
