As a student employee for Information Technology, I have privileged access to computer configurations, licensed software and installations. This access is protected by passwords and is not available to other student users. I am responsible for these computer systems, and will not do anything which jeopardizes the mission of Information Technology; this includes the following minimum guidelines: *

I will not disclose any confidential passwords
I will not copy any of the software from the systems for personal use
I will not alter the configuration of any of the files without direct instructions from a member of the IT professional staff
I will not install any additional software on the systems without direct instructions from a member of the IT professional staff
I will not loan any of my facilities keys to another student or allow access outside the regularly scheduled hours without approval from a member of the IT professional staff
