I understand and agree that if selected as a scholarship recipient, I will fulfill the following requirements within specified deadlines as provided in my scholarship offer letter:
- Write a letter(s) of thanks and respond to any communication requested by the donor
- Remain enrolled full-time for the full academic year
- Volunteer in campus or community sponsored activities
I understand that a committee will review applications and make scholarship awards based on donor criteria. The selection and awarding process is on-going throughout the entire academic year.
I understand that some scholarships may require the private donor scholarship committee to gather additional information. Any request for additional information will be sent via your Northwood University email. I understand that if I fail to provide this information within 10 days (from the date of the email) of being asked I will no longer be considered for the scholarship for which the information is being requested.
