Most Private Donor Scholarships are intended for returning students.
Northwood University awards numerous Private Donor Scholarships to Traditional Undergraduate students. These awards are based on requirements specified by the donors.
To be considered for any Private Donor Scholarships you must meet the donor’s criteria and the following institutional eligibility requirements:
Some scholarships are awarded by program of study or curriculum. However, all applicants are considered for the general scholarships. Scholarship awards are subject to change and are not automatically renewable. Notification of scholarship decisions will be made by Northwood University email. Please contact the Financial Aid Office if you have any questions.

Only one Traditional Undergraduate opt-in form is required to be considered for any and all Undergraduate Private Donor scholarships that for which you may qualify. As long as you remain enrolled full-time, your ‘opt-in’ will remain in effect during your Undergraduate academic career at Northwood University.

I understand that a committee will review applications and make scholarship awards based on donor criteria. The selection and awarding process is on-going throughout the entire academic year.
I understand that some scholarships may require the private donor scholarship committee to gather additional information. Any request for additional information will be sent via your Northwood University email. I understand that if I fail to provide this information within 10 days (from the date of the email) of being asked I will no longer be considered for the scholarship for which the information is being requested.
