Requests for a MasterCard may only be submitted by supervisors.
Please select only merchant codes for vendor types who would be necessary for the
employee to perform their job. Merchant types and codes can be found on the Northwood
intranet start page. Once there, click on MasterCard Merchant Codes. Use the Category
Heading’s three digit code.
You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been completed. Cards
usually arrive in the Finance Department within 7-10 business days. If the employee
is on the Midland Campus, they will be notified to pick up their purchasing card
at NUAC. Purchasing cards will be mailed to the respective business offices for
Florida and Texas employees. All other employees will receive their purchasing cards
by mail.
