    Email addresses are created automatically by a system that incorporates your first and last name. We cannot accept special requests. If you are requesting to have your email account in a name other than the one you used while attending Northwood University, you will need to provide legal proof of name change. Please provide one of the following documents: Marriage license, Drivers license or a legal court document.

    *All unofficial and/or official transcripts must be requested through the National Student Clearing House and are not available to view in your Alumni account.
    *Alumnus must continue to make the required bi-annual password change indicating the account is actively being used in order to keep the current Northwood username and all messages associated with the email account. Failure to complete the bi-annual password change will result in the deletion of your account.
