What should I do if a student is suspected of fraud?

If a student calls, DO NOT provide them any personal information of the student that is suspected to be the fraud. You may ask the student to provide items like SSN, address, and phone number, but DO NOT PROVIDE information from our system about that individual.
Collect as much information as possible and add to the form below.
