The undersigned retailer (“Retailer”) agrees as follows:

Retailer will provide one or more articles of clothing and/or accessories (“Clothing”) to be featured in the 2026 Northwood University Fashion Showcase (“Fashion Showcase”) to be held on Friday, March 27th, 2026. In exchange, Northwood University (“Northwood”) will acknowledge Retailer as a supporter of the Fashion Showcase.

Retailer will allow Northwood representatives to inspect Clothing for damages and overall design prior to it being removed from the Retailer’s possession. The Clothing will then be collected in person by a Northwood representative at least one week prior to the Fashion Showcase. Retailers will also provide a list itemizing the Clothing and providing the corresponding monetary cost of each item being provided. Northwood will reimburse Retailer for the cost of any Clothing that is damaged or lost while in Northwood’s possession. Select Northwood representatives will select the Clothing to be used in the Fashion Showcase, at his or her sole discretion. Any Clothing provided to the Fashion Showcase will be returned to Retailer no later than Friday, April 3rd, 2026.
