Higher education is changing quickly, and we are operating in a more crowded and competitive environment, with shifting demographics, evolving learner expectations, and accelerating technological change. At the same time, concepts such as digital transformation, AI, and new operating models are reshaping how institutions teach, support students, and work together.

The last Term of Discovery in 2019 helped surface themes that have shaped our direction for years: Academic Excellence, Student Success, Our People, Campus Life, Climate and Culture, Operations and Processes, and Sustainability. Now, in 2026, we have an opportunity to look ahead again and help define Northwood’s next chapter.
