I authorize Northwood University, its agents or employees, as well as members of the media, print and/or broadcast, to interview and photograph/video me.
I agree that the interviews, photos, video, audiotapes, or computer graphics prepared therefrom may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, educational literature, newspapers, magazines, television, billboards, digital efforts, displays, exhibits, audiovisual or multi-media presentations, radio broadcasts, and any other news, public service, promotional, commercial, business, or advertisement reason.
This Authorization is given without expectation of consideration of payment, present or future, and I waive all rights that I may have to any claims for payment in connection with any interviews, televising, radio transmission, publication of photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, audio transmission, or other use. I acknowledge that such use may occur at unspecified times after the date of this Authorization.
I further authorize Northwood University to use my name and other information gathered from/by official records or provided directly by me for use in conjunction with any awards, honors, activities, or events for the purposes of publicity. I acknowledge that any interview, photograph, motion sound picture, movies, videotape, or audiotape taken of me will become and remain the sole property of Northwood University or of the applicable print or broadcast media organization.
