Submitting the payment form confirms that you agree to participate in the 2025 Northwood University International
Auto Show (“Auto Show”). This includes but is not limited to lending vehicles; providing display materials to be used
during the show; and/or communicating with the corresponding Divisional or Team Captain to create an appealing
display and transport the vehicles to campus.
By submitting the payment form below, you understand and agree to carry insurance on vehicles, displays, or products used
in both shows. Northwood University does NOT carry insurance on any of the vehicles, displays and products used in
the Auto Show. Northwood University does not pay for gas to get the vehicles to and from the Auto Show, that is the
responsibility of the vehicle provider.
You agree to pay for your location in the Auto Show which is subject to change depending upon the requested
tent size. Contact Eddie MacNellis with any questions regarding tents. By submitting the payment form below, you, the providing
company, will provide as much as possible to help improve the display, including but not limited to marketing
materials, signage, and vehicle information. When the contract is returned, an invoice will be sent out detailing
payment terms. The invoice must be paid on or before September 1, 2025, for admission into the Auto Show on
September 18th – 21st, 2025.
Should your company select the “Bring Tent” option, you agree to provide your own company tent and the
necessary safe anchorage to secure your tent. In addition, you represent your company maintains
adequate insurance coverages as failure to provide proper anchorage will result in your liability for any
property and liability damages that may be caused. All tents will be inspected by the fire marshal prior to
Auto Show to ensure safety.
